The small cruiser can be found in St-Clin du Fin Fond, moored at a dock on the eastern shore of the town, where it can be purchased for $14,500 by interacting with its For Sale sign. It is possible, however, to sit in and even drive the boat before purchasing it, but the player will not make it very far before running out of fuel, and the fuel tank cannot be opened until the boat is purchased.
