The MAP Torch is used to ignite Firewood, Logs, or any other flammable material in the game. One can initially be found in the garden shed outside the Player's Home, but more can be acquired afterwards.
The torch cannot light items by itself; Crumpled Newspaper must be used as tinder to light larger, longer lasting fuel items. While Firewood and Logs are the most common sources of fuel to burn, Can Crates, empty Tubing Spools, Harvesting Baskets or most other wood-based items can also be used.
