Jacques is a possible friend of the player, and the owner of Kali-Gas and the Scrapyard. He can be found behind the counter of Kali-Gas from Monday through Saturday, between 08:00 and 17:30.
Friendship Milestones:[]
- At Friendship level 25, he will give the player access to the Scrapyard.
- At Friendship level 40, he will unlock the Storage Garage’s third bay, giving the player access to the Scrap Konig
- At Friendship level 50, he will let the player get fuel at any time, even when Kali-Gas is closed.
