The Cottage is a small, rural house on a large plot of land in the northern section of the map. It is available for purchase for $5299.99, and the player can do so by interacting with the For Sale sign on the gate leading to it.
The land surrounding the Cottage can be used to plant and harvest Trees, Cannabis, and Potatoes just as the land surrounding the player's Mobile Home can.
The Cottage itself is a small dwelling, containing a bed, a wood burning stove, and an abandoned bunker project started by the Weed Dealers. A Small Manual Compost Box can be found on the front porch; two parts for the Buggy and a 10 Liter Fuel Canister are stored within the building, itself.
Upon calling the owner, he will ask if you're from the police, referencing the canceled weed bunker.
