Anthony is a possible friend of the player, and the organizer of the nightly Street Race. He can be found at the Abandoned Grocery Store between 22:00 and 03:00.
Speaking to him will allow the player to start a race, or to view any rewards they have won through winning races.
Rewards, and their requirements:
- OEM Spoiler for the Konig - 5 consecutive race wins
- Aftermarket Muffler #5 - Win against Luc
- Lip Spoiler - Win against Tom
