The Air Compressor is tool available to the player that acts as an upgrade to the standard hand tools they've been using. Multiple units are located at specific locations around the map, and they cannot be moved. Each air compressor comes with two attachments: a pneumatic impact wrench and a tire inflator; these act as more efficient versions of the Adjustable Spanner and Tire Pump, respectively.
The attachments can be picked up and used like any other tool, but they cannot be removed from the Air Compressor: They will always reappear on the tool rack when dropped. When using either tool, the compressed air held in the tank will deplete. When the pressure drops low enough, the compressor will automatically turn on to add air back into the system, turning off once it hits 100psi. Both tools are faster to use than their respective hand tool counterparts, but they are limited by the length of air hose connected to tank, which is slightly less than the width of the Player's Garage.

- Player's Garage: One is recieved from Francis as a gift after reaching Friendship Level 50 with him.
- Speedway's Garage: One can be found in the garage at the Speedway, once it's been unlocked.
- Roger Pièces D'Autos: One can be found in Roger's Auto Parts Store, once it's been built. Note: Only the tire inflator is available.
